By accessing and using Babar Online services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Babar Online provides digital infrastructure, engineering, traffic acquisition, and AI automation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Overdue invoices may incur interest charges.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for a client project become the client's property. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Babar Online's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
